RETURNS POLICY

Returns and credits must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery. Goods to be returned must be in their original packaging and in the condition they were delivered in i.e kept refrigerated or frozen. Credits are issued when the goods are returned to our Warehouse. 

SUBSTITUTED PRODUCTS

If a product is out of stock we will endeavour to substitute it with something similar if at all possible. If you do not wish to accept it, it can be returned at the time of delivery with our driver (or we will pick it up) and a credit will be issued.
